Our Banana White Chocolate Overnight Oats recipe is not only safe to eat but also packed with nutritious ingredients that will make you feel energized and satisfied.

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana, mashed
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
1 tablespoon of white sugar or stevia for sweetener if needed
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
Add the rolled oats, almond milk, coconut flakes, and sugar or stevia to the bowl. Stir well to combine.
Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
