Live chat now available on our site

Innovation is very important to us and we’re always looking to introduce new features to our treatments and website to make sure we offer the best service possible. This is why we’ve just introduced a new ‘Live Chat’ function to our website.

To start a live chat conversation with one of the team, here’s what you need to do:

Step 1: Locate the Live Chat box

At the bottom right of every page of our site is a small blue bar that says ‘Chat with us!’ To begin a live chat with us, find this box.

Step 2 – Open the Live Chat box and ask us a question

To open the box, simply click on the up arrow beside ‘Chat with us!’ This will open the Live Chat box. After you’ve opened the box, ask us a question.

Step 3 – We’ll answer your query

Once you’ve asked your question, one of the team will be able to answer your query there and then.*

* Please note our Customer Care Team is not always online. If there is nobody online to answer your query when you launch the Live Chat box, simply leave us a message and we will get back to you ASAP.
